“I cannot recommend Northwood Animal Hospital enough, especially for those with small pets. My bunny Artemis has been seen by both Dr. J and Dr. Roberts, and they are both incredible, knowledgeable, and compassionate vets. I also have nothing but glowing praise for all the vet techs and front desk staff there. Kate and Minerva especially are so sweet and responsive. Everyone here has so much patience and grace.

Unfortunately, my sweet girl passed away during an amputation surgery, but she was older and her paw had become infected. I know that the staff did everything they could…sadly it was just her time. I am so, so grateful to the care that was given to her in the time we spent going to Northwood.“

“Amazing !! I utilize this vet bc I foster for different rescues and what sets this vet apart (besides the amazing vets), is their front office staff!!! I have had to stop going to at least 2 or 3 vets in the past, due to the front office staff being completely rude and abrupt. The ladies here (cuz I haven't seen men upfront) are top notch. They present with such knowledge, patience and loving kindness, it really makes the visit go much smoother!
Then the back office techs and nurses are very skilled and caring.

“I highly recommend Adam to anyone in the area that is looking for a dog trainer! My wife and I recently had a baby and unfortunately our dog was extremely unhappy with the arrival of our daughter. He was aggressive towards our newborn and would go crazy anytime he saw or heard her. We interviewed a few dog trainers but ended up going with Adam due to his overall demeanor and confidence that he could help our dog overcome his fear of/anger towards the baby. Adam worked with our dog five days a week and we quickly saw improvement, our dog is now completely comfortable around our baby and is still the same loving happy dog he was prior to training. If you are on the fence, go with Adam, I couldn’t recommend him more!“

“Sylvia is a Godsend, and I mean that literally! While it's too long and too personal a story to share details here, I've spent the last several years in a family caregiving situation in which I was unable to have a social life or enjoy my hobbies due to balancing full-time work and caregiving. Recently, I've been trying to reclaim some time for myself, but now I have two senior dogs with medical conditions to look after, and this alone makes it challenging to go out. Sylvia has made it possible for me to do so, thereby basically saving my mental health, haha. Every pet parent wants someone truly reliable whom they can trust, and Sylvia is absolutely that kind of person. She is not just genuinely knowledgeable and experienced, she is also just a kind, wonderful person who is easy to work with. I can't express how reassuring it feels to be out doing something you enjoy, but then also partly worried about your furry friends, and then to get a text update from Sylvia with photos (like the ones attached here) showing your beloved pets fed, medicated, and resting peacefully. I can't recommend Sylvia's services enough, but I also don't want you to book her too often because that's exactly what *I* want to do! LOL ?“
