It was not too busy at 10:30 pm. They took my male cat immediately. After lab work, Dr. Seers gave me updates and clearly told me my options. I was able to take him home after a few hours. He got antibiotics, medication, and is doing much better.
Extremely happy with our experience, emergency’s often happen in the middle of the night- this hospital could not of been better staffed and capable of help! Great doctors, cost mindful, and efficient.
We specifically went in for unknown neurological issues with our cat, he had a major and long seizure which we didn’t know At the time and was hella scary. Dr. Berry made me feel like a vet talking to a colleague - he didn’t dumb It down or over complicate both the potential reasons behind the causes of it, and the multiple paths to try. He was clear in managing the main and important expectation of getting him healthy quickly, while being cost sensitive to the varied ways to get there. This attention to patient and family during a crisis (while we were one of many other worried fur parents as well) is what 5 stars were made for.
