We trusted them to help us with our Labrador 10 years ago. We were very happy with their services but moved out of state. Ten years later we find them to be the same great organization (kudos Dr Lai). Services (scheduling, billing and care) were professional and well explained. We are now back with our Lab and her daughter. Trust goes a long way and we are ecstatic to renew our relationship.

EDIT: I’m actually updating my review as I’ve recently experienced a veterinary emergency with my dog and this practice has been THE BEST. My dog was extremely sick on Saturday and after chatting with a local 24-hour vet that said it could wait til morning, I called Animal Hospital of Irvine Sunday morning. They worked my dog into their schedule and have been heavensent ever since. They were transparent about costs, gave multiple options and recommendations based on cost structures, and have gone above and beyond to answer multiple questions, spread over many days. Always a pleasure seeing the Animal Hospital of Irvine staff and visiting Dr. Joanne for annual checkups and anything else that comes up with our pup. They are kind and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
