They deserve 5 stars and I hope this post helps them get there. From being able to text the wonderfully friendly staff for appointments, to being able to connect with doctors (with one making an appointment to ask a question) to their rewards system and membership program, this clinic is great. You can feel their care and concern in their bedside manner. My most recent experience was with Dr Glore and while explaining new information to me she stopped along the way and asked me if anything needed clarifying and if it made sense. She offered the continue the conversation at anything if needed since it was a lot of new news for me. I just really want to commend this staff.....read full review

I can’t say enough about the care we received here! We were in another country when the place we were boarding Rocky, our Guinea Pig, let us know that he was showing signs of having a medical emergency related to a chronic condition of his. We called vets all over Los Angeles and Orange Counties and no one had a vet on staff who could treat exotics, until we found Irvine Valley’s emergency location.The receptionist I spoke to on the phone (I believe her name was Brianna?) was empathetic and got me all the information I needed, and helped me get all the paperwork filled out remotely so that he could be seen as quickly as possible when my family member arrived with...read full review

Irvine Valley Veterinary Hospital saved my dog’s life after a food poisoning. I called beforehand, and they helped determine he needed to come in. They were expecting me when I came and quickly got him taken care of and saved his life. Throughout the entire process they updated me on what was going on, what the procedures were, what our options were, and everything else. I was kept very informed the entire time, and I felt like the entire staffed care about my boy. He had to stay overnight, and through the app they updated me every few hours.
