I booked with Francisco through instagram because he came very highly recommended by a few of my friends. He definitely did not disappoint. Blurriest fade I’ve gotten in a long time. I went to Monik Nails Art yesterday for the first time and I’m honestly impressed. Monik is super sweet and has such a positive vibe. She worked quickly, cleanly, and gently – nothing hurt at all.
What really touched me is that she even gave me two little gifts: a foot lotion and some Colombian coffee. On top of that, she offers drinks and snacks – it truly felt like the full pampering experience. You can see the result in the attached picture, and I couldn’t be happier with how my nails turned out.
Monik is part of the Secret Beauty Club, which I love because you can find everything you need in one place, while still having peace and privacy. For me it was important to support a local business instead of the usual big salons where you sit lined up with ten other people. Here, I was able to truly relax and enjoy my “me time.”

I’m not just saying this because I really like Tina—she genuinely made my experience amazing. When I first visited Bellagio Nails last week, I was impressed right away. I came back today to fix a broken nail, and Tina was so attentive and kind. She even remembered me, which says a lot about the level of care they give their clients.

I have been going there for some time now. Everyone is very friendly and welcoming. My color, highlights, and cut are great, and the prices are very reasonable. It is hard to give an average price because it depends on what I get. The most I ever paid was about $140, for a retouch, cut, and highlights.
I had the Japanese head spa and it was lovely. very relaxing, even a foot massage as well...bliss. Jess is very professional, listens to what hair issues you may have, and is very easy to talk to. Lovely salon.Great experience, will def be booking again.

Excellent services my entire family goes here for haircuts, hair treatments, color treatments for over 5 years and they always take wonderful care of us. Highly recommend them. Salon is clean, Kid friendly, the stylists are talented and kind. They are knowledgeable i was a chocolate brown brunette decided to go blonde a few years ago and my hair is long length and healthy due to the guidance of these ladies. Whenever I take my kids for their cuts or treatments I provide an inspiration photo and they ALWAYS exceed my expectations. Bathroom is clean and well kept, plenty of parking.

Claudia was super nice and attentive to my explanation about my hair insecurity, due to my curly hair, it’s been hard to find someone that can understand that it looks fluffy and full when it’s dry but when you cut it, it’s totally a different scenario, it get over cut she took her time and as she was cutting my she explained to me that she had the same problem and that’s why she became a hairdresser because she vowed to make everyone feel comfortable with themselves no matter the texture of hair, she even said see you soon! Recently I’ve gotten work done here by tattoo artist/piercer Bry and they did amazing work! They were super light handed I didn’t feel any pain and it was on my entire back ! The customer service was amazing and I mean this from all the artists’ ! Everyone was so kind and welcoming at Tattoo Paradise. I wouldn’t be afraid to come again at all. I’ve been here a few times and each time is pleasant. I came with my friend to her piercing appointment and the piercer Bry was quick and careful , they kept checking with my friend to make sure she was okay. I enjoy coming to this tattoo shop , it’s always very clean and welcoming.

wiring repair fixed a damaged electrical line that was causing intermittent power problems. The electrician handled the repair safely and professionally. Everything is functioning normally now.
We were very fortunate to reaching out to Desert Elite. We had no air conditioning in this heat and they came within a half hour and we now have air conditioning again. Thank you. The repairman was great, he explained everything to us and cleaned the unit and repaired it. We were very impressed.

Kilo responded to my voice mail in less than 2 hours and was on the job is less than 2 hours after that on a Saturday. My work was not an emergency, but Kilo was available and happy to come by. Kilo did a fantastic job (replaced and reorganized a couple of circuit breakers). Explain what you need and let Kilo do his thing. I expect you'll be very happy.

James Tourje, the owner of Vintage Electric, along with his team, installed our Tesla wall connector for us. We only wanted to use an electrician who is licensed, insured & certified to install our Tesla wall connector and we found James. The workmanship was outstanding, and they were very professional, courteous, and timely…not to mention their price was very competitive. I had a problem with my mist system that was put in by another company, I needed it fixed ASAP because of company coming in. They gladly walked me through my problem and we’re able to replace the broken parts that they had in stock at their shop at a reasonable price, which I was not able to purchase from Home Depot or anywhere for that matter. Gio, Marco and all of their team members are absolutely incredible!I had a leak underneath my bathtub due to an old drain. I got it fixed once before but the issue came back, so I decided it was time to rip the bath rub out and install something new. I reached out to a bunch of contractors in the Palm Springs area and got people over to provide me with quotes. Turns out some did not have proper licenses (yet advertise they do), some quoted me for labor but wanted me to go buy all the parts and tiles, some showed up an hour late etc. Gio made a perfect impression. He communicated well about his ETA, talked me through the process and provided me with a rough estimate. Later that evening, he sent me a quote via email with the breakdown and I also got to select the tile at that point. Gio had also renovated bathrooms in a few other condos in my HOA, which definitely gave me even more confidence. I paid the down-payment and Marco showed up a few days later with his workers. They put down paper and plastic everywhere to try and keep my place as clean and dust free as possible. They ripped out the bathroom in one day. Then the plumber came to redo plumbing. He rebuilt the pipes and drain, which was definitely needed. They then left water standing in the drain during the weekend to make sure it wouldn't leak (it didn't). Then the tilers took about 3 days doing the sides and floor. On the final day, the plumber came back to install the fixtures and sliding door. Start to finish, the labor took a week. The workers always showed up within the hour that they said they would. Gio and Marco were super available via call and text when needed. And everyone was super friendly. I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did.
Steve is very professional, a perfectionist, and great communicator. He and his crew did an excellent job re-tiling our pool, resurfacing the pool deck, and refacing the BBQ area. Joseph does fabulous pest control service for my home in Indio. I initially called about rodents in the attic in September 2023 just after Hilary blew through. He covered all the roof openings and there have been no sign of them since (got rid of them early). Because if his conscientious service and their pricing for the rodent control was way better than the other 3 companies that bid, I decided to switch my extermination service to Dunphy's too. Joseph is fast, courteous, and let's me know if there's any other issue he sees that may need attention. He does a great job!

Today was our first time bringing our little guy to Best In Show Grooming and it was incredible! To start, scheduling an appointment was an absolute breeze. I left a message, and within hours, someone (I assume the owner) got back to me and was able to fit me in less than a week. I needed a last-minute appointment, and they were so accommodating. I was nervous to try a new groomer because I had been bringing Ollie to the same place for years before we moved. However, I was looking for somewhere closer to home, so I decided to give Best in Show Grooming a try. We loved our previous groomer -- so the expectations were high! From the moment I dropped my dog off, I felt reassured. The process was smooth, and even though I wasn't able to give the best description of what I wanted (since I'd been going to the same place for so long), they had photo examples on the wall that helped me explain the cut my dog usually gets. Ollie is quite shy and scared of many things, which always makes me anxious about taking him to new places. But when I picked him up, he seemed to be in good spirits, and he looked absolutely adorable. They even went above and beyond by giving him a little bandana! I'm not sure if that's something they do for all first-time visitors or if it was just a special touch, but it made the experience even sweeter. The best part? The day of his grooming was his birthday, and it felt like they knew he needed that little extra something to celebrate! Overall, Best in Show Grooming exceeded my expectations.
