They offer online appointments, but when you get there they say that you needed to call for an appointment. I saw the appointment on their computer screen, but they have to do it by phone and write it in their book.. What a waste of time!I have revised my review. Shortly after posting my poor experience, the Regional Manager called me a discussed my concern. She apologized and assured me that they had already discussed a resolution with their team. I was amazed to have someone respond so quickly, it shows they care about their customer experiences!She totally turned me around as a customer!

4 out 5 stars here is why not 5 out 5I came in to get my hair colored was here for at least two hours and my hair stylist had to keep going back and forth to help other customers and answer the phone, I asked if they had a receptionist and my hair stylist said no so i suggested they hire one because the hair stylist should focus on there job . my hair came out awesome loved it !!! my hair stylist did a great job even though she kept going back and forth . Definitely will be backService: Hair coloring

My daughter with special needs did awesome with Sylvia, as she was patient and very good with meeting my child’s needs. My daughter wanted a short haircut with purple hair and Sylvia delivered. The staff were friendly and cheered my daughter with how beautiful her hair turned out. Highly recommend Hair Masters.
