“These guys were so great! I called today to inquire about getting an area rug done and they said they had a cancellation and would be right over. I was thrilled because I had an open day today to get things done and they accommodated me. Also, helped to move my furniture. They ended up doing a few area rugs for me and were extremely affordable. I’d almost do this every other month at that rate. Oh and my rugs look absolutely wonderful!“

Michael Garza , lead technician for Paul Davis came with his team very quickly and immediately went to work moving our things out and extracting water. He subsequently arranged the asbestos and lead testing and removal and also oversaw that work. It is difficult to deal with such a catastrophe and know what to do. Michael handled it beautifully and always politely answered our texts and calls.We high recommend Paul Davis Restoration and Michael Garza in particular.“

“The first tech did not do a great job on cleaning my sofa. I called after everything was dry to state that parts of the couch looked no cleaner at all. Another tech was sent the very next day & did get most of it lots cleaner as well as explained why there was one area of the seat cushions that was next to impossible to get perfectly clean.The time frame for each appt. was between 11-6 & I was told I would receive a phone call 30 minutes in advance. I got a text at 10:25 am on the first visit stating the tech would be there in 9 minutes. I wasn’t home yet so I called the office & asked them to relay to the tech that info - they never bothered. The tech called me to say he was at my place & when I said I was 10 minutes away (he arrive at 10:35), he said no problem & he would wait. The next morning, I also received a text about 9 minutes before the arrival but thankfully, I was home. The 30 minute heads up only applies if they’re not already in your HOA!!! The 7 hour window is ridiculous as they have to know the afternoon before how many people are ahead of you & what each of those jobs entail. Thankfully, I was taken care of at the beginning of the window & not the end!!Service: Upholstery cleaning“
