Unique Islands was contracted to build a Casita. The beginning of the process went well, however, the final 2/3s of the project was a disaster. After multiple and I mean multiple promises of someone coming to finish, it rarely happened. When they did come, many times they left and when questioned why, they said Kurt wants me on another job. Now talk about the variance in the charges compared to the estimate and when Kurt was paid the financing to pay the Sanitation Department, he kept it and the $4000.00 had to be paid again.
