Gio, Marco and all of their team members are absolutely incredible!I had a leak underneath my bathtub due to an old drain. I got it fixed once before but the issue came back, so I decided it was time to rip the bath rub out and install something new. I reached out to a bunch of contractors in the Palm Springs area and got people over to provide me with quotes. Turns out some did not have proper licenses (yet advertise they do), some quoted me for labor but wanted me to go buy all the parts and tiles, some showed up an hour late etc. Gio made a perfect impression. He communicated well about his ETA, talked me through the process and provided me with a rough estimate. Later that evening, he sent me a quote via email with the breakdown and I also got to select the tile at that point. Gio had also renovated bathrooms in a few other condos in my HOA, which definitely gave me even more confidence. I paid the down-payment and Marco showed up a few days later with his workers. They put down paper and plastic everywhere to try and keep my place as clean and dust free as possible. They ripped out the bathroom in one day. Then the plumber came to redo plumbing. He rebuilt the pipes and drain, which was definitely needed. They then left water standing in the drain during the weekend to make sure it wouldn't leak (it didn't). Then the tilers took about 3 days doing the sides and floor. On the final day, the plumber came back to install the fixtures and sliding door. Start to finish, the labor took a week. The workers always showed up within the hour that they said they would. Gio and Marco were super available via call and text when needed. And everyone was super friendly. I can't thank them enough for the amazing job they did.

Okay, so right now you're looking through Yelp and comparing contractors for your project. Congratulations, you can be done now. We contracted Kargenda Builders to build a property fence, re-do siding on our house, and build a bathroom in our casita. Across the board, Gio and his team were professional, prompt, and brought a great attitude to work every day. Building projects always - and I mean always - have hiccups, but Gio and Emiliano were always gracious in taking our feedback and working to with us to complete our vision. Plus, they did everything within our budget and we couldn't be happier. So stop looking and reach out to Kargenda. You won't be disappointed.

Owner Gio was great to work with and very prompt on his replies to questions. We had our fireplace tiled and his workers did an excellent job. We had specific design requests, while using very large tiles, and they had no issues with accommodating them. They even finished ahead of schedule. A great company!
