The team, including Melissa and Sarai, takes the time to listen to clients' wishes and ensures their pets are comfortable and well-cared for. They offer punctual and efficient appointments, with updates sent before pickup to minimize wait times. The grooming staff is skilled in handling sensitive pets, and pets leave the salon looking great, feeling relaxed, and free from discomfort. Recurring appointments are a testament to the trust clients have in the business.
Ruby Sue is very happy going to get her hair done. Her hair wasn’t cut short enough around her mouth and when I called they were extremely kind and understanding and took her in and fixed her hair.
It's a bit out of the way for me, but worth the drive. Followed my favorite groomer here.
