“UPDATE: I took Milo back to puppy paws since the incident that first occurred. I have them a second chance and I’m glad I did. First off Mary did great with his groom, Milo looks great! Milo also came home feeling much less stressed than normal. Milo has a lot of anxiety around going to groomers so he gets very stressed out but today he was a bit better and he was able to mellow out sooner as well. I’m very happy with the service and I will continue taking Milo to Puppy Paws.
I want to give an update…I recently took my dog Milo to Puppy Paws and we had a very negative experience which I had previously posted about. The owner of puppy paws, Mary, ended up contacting me directly regarding the situation. She took the time to speak with me and hear me out and was genuine with an apology which I was very grateful for. We were able to work out a solution and make things right which I truly appreciate it. After speaking to Mary, I will be taking Milo back to Puppy Paws in the future and Mary will be grooming him. I believe in second chances and I believe Puppy Paws deserves that from me.”
