I'm more than pleased by their expert repair of a couple of malfunctioning toilets and installing right angle shut off valves for several sinks. The Ervin team takes pride in doing the best and go above & beyond. When my old kitchen faucet would not fit the new shut off valve, they immediately drove to the nearest hardware store to find a replacement faucet - -texting me photos of the best choices. He's addressed emergency unclogging a tenant's toilet while we were out of town, correcting the installation of a navien tankless hot water heater, and re-installing an exterior gas line requiring work at elevation with fall protection. “My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. “Wow, don't know where to start. We needed a rental house we have repiped. We had a quote from another company but they turned out to be a flake. They asked us to meet and 1 1/2 hours later they call and say they can't make it at this time can they reschedule. Well, I believe if my business is not good enough for them I will find someone else. I looked up on Yelp and found the Repipe Expert! Contacted them and was contacted by Ruben who was very nice, explained everything in detail and got us a quote very quickly. He was a little more expensive but definitely worth it. The holes that were made were professionally patched, the work was great and we are very pleased with his work. We are now looking at getting our house repiped and we definitely know who to go to.“

There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!“
