They came out within an hour and fixed the problem with our in-floor gravity heater (previously Rapid came out once - told me they had to get an expensive part and that possibly we would need to replace the entire heating unit - over two days and numerous phone calls - initiated by me - no one ever called back or came back to fix it!). They were referring all calls to other plumbing companies back in May. I still hope that they may reopen but it seems unlikely since they would have had to lay off the entire staff.“
