He directed me how to find water shut off for house as shut off under toilet wasn't stopping flow...he got here quickly and did a VERY thorough examination of whole situation...bad pipes, big clog in line far from toilet...had camera ready and used to see into lines. “My experience with Marc at Make it Drain was fantastic. We had a problem with leakage under the house that we thought was fixed when we bought the place. Turns out two years later that something wasn't done right and we had wastewater accumulating from the kitchen. Marc from Make it Drain came out on short notice on the weekend to look at the job, and he gave me a great estimate, educated me about the issues, talked me through the process, and had a friendly but no-pressure approach. I had several other companies out to make estimates, and one of the estimates was three times what Marc quoted me!! When we arranged the job it was easy, and Marc and his guys showed up on time, did exactly what he said he'd do, kept everything super clean, took pictures to show me what was going on, and continued to keep me looped in so I understood everything. It was a painless process, done quickly and professionally. I will call them anytime I have plumbing needs!“

“Wow, don't know where to start. We needed a rental house we have repiped. We had a quote from another company but they turned out to be a flake. They asked us to meet and 1 1/2 hours later they call and say they can't make it at this time can they reschedule. Well, I believe if my business is not good enough for them I will find someone else. I looked up on Yelp and found the Repipe Expert! Contacted them and was contacted by Ruben who was very nice, explained everything in detail and got us a quote very quickly. He was a little more expensive but definitely worth it. The holes that were made were professionally patched, the work was great and we are very pleased with his work. We are now looking at getting our house repiped and we definitely know who to go to.“
