“We are working on a new construction house and wanted a certified American Standard dealer / technician to evaluate the job that had been done and the equipment we would need. Dean ( the prez) came out from Killowatt (within one hour of my phoning him) . He spent a full hour evaluating every nuance of the job / and flagged elements that turned out to be missing and critically important. He was truly knowledgeable and solved so many problems that I am truly grateful . And then he waived the nominal consulting fee we had agreed to in advance of his visit . “Always a great job by Ervin and Ervin Jr. and at fair prices. What is appreciated is that they are punctual and stick to their estimates without any unexpected add on costs later. Honest and up front if there are any unforseen complications. I'm more than pleased by their expert repair of a couple of malfunctioning toilets and installing right angle shut off valves for several sinks. The Ervin team takes pride in doing the best and go above & beyond. When my old kitchen faucet would not fit the new shut off valve, they immediately drove to the nearest hardware store to find a replacement faucet - -texting me photos of the best choices. After suffering from a con-man general contractor, we have had to perform many corrections and improvements on our house. He's addressed emergency unclogging a tenant's toilet while we were out of town, correcting the installation of a navien tankless hot water heater, and re-installing an exterior gas line requiring work at elevation with fall protection. Of several plumbers we had review our issues, he was the only one that figured out that we needed a pressure regulator to abate loud toilet. David has responded with professionalism and good recommendations. He is patient and answers our many questions.“

“My wife and I have been using trenchless sewer plumbing company for some time now, we have been very pleased with there professionalism, cleanliness, and fair prices and 3 weeks ago was no different we noticed a foul smell and part of the lawn raised higher than the rest of the yard right away we called Gonzalo and they came out and ran there sewer camera they showed us the cause of the problem and how bad our sewer pipes were they recommended a pipe burst method and after they thoroughly explaining to us what that was they gave us a quote we were pleased with the quote and we proceeded to move forward with the job, the next day his crew was here on time , taking the proper measures to ensure our peace of mind, by the time we realized there was two holes dug up and a hydraulic system bursting the old pipe and putting in the new pipe , a little after lunch they were washing our driveway making sure everything was put back the way we had it, my wife and I are so pleased with these guys we recommended them to all of our neighbors. Thank you guys for another amazing job.“

“Full sewer line replacementWhen we discovered our sewer lines were original to our 1923 home, we knew it would be a Big Deal. We had three different contractors come out to assess and bid and, while all were in the same ballpark, we were particularly impressed with Antonio's thorough evaluation and obvious attention to detail.All City Plumbing got the contract and we were so happy with the work from beginning to end. The team was knowledgeable, friendly and attentive, hardworking, and all well-managed under Antonio's direction.We had half of the 100ft line entirely replaced and regraded while the other half under our garage was lined. All drain piping under the home was removed and the drainage system for all fixtures in home including, kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms were completely rebuilt. At every step, attention was given to ensure minimal impact to us and the home, and that each job was done well.What most impressed me most was Antonio's dedication to ensuring that every "mess" made during the plumbing process disappeared by project completion. Not only did we get new plumbing and a sewer line, we also got new concrete laid where it had to be broken, our paver patio redone where it had to be torn up, new grass seed and plants where the ground was torn up, and everything hauled away - they even through in two (nice) new toilets and installed our new dishwasher! We were so happy to have it all taken care of and added value thoughtfully included in the project.We've already recommended All City Plumbing to several neighbors and they are absolutely our go to for plumbing needs now. Antonio made himself available and ensured the whole process easy for us.Update: needed a bidet installation and it was a no brainer to call All City Plumbing and ask for Antonio. There is a large clientele of pro plumbers there, and a smaller pool of novices like me, and they offer great advice and service to all. I always enjoy going in, and particularly appreciate Ozzy's help and leadership in the store. I have not yet tried their cofffee, but it is available as is water. So stop on in and never have to deal with trying to find someone to help at home depot for 20 minutes again!“
