“Arthur fantastic! A modern day MacGyver. I hired Arthur to install a 30-lb chandelier and 8 LED recessed lights. We ran into electrical issues with both. While these were out of scope of the project, Arthur was determined to complete the job and complete it correctly. He fixed the electrical issue with the chandelier, and replaced the housing / cans for the recessed lights. He even went to Home Depot with me to select them and asked the associates there to give me a discount as well. Arthur has redefined customer services. No matter how long it took, he was determined to get it done and get it done correctly and safely. He even pointed out risk areas to review later as well. He also had all the tools required on hand so there was no issue he wasn't prepared for. Finally, he was incredibly polite, and respectful of the home ensuring he was keeping the work areas clear of debris. I'll be hiring Arthur again soon! Did I mention he does plumbing, wood working, etc.!?!“

“Very highly recommend. From the beginning, their estimate was extremely detailed performed by Carlos.. He spend about 1.5 hours going over all the fixtures that needed to be replaced. Zara, the office manager, was fantastic answering all my questions and concerns (and i had a lot of them...) as well as coordinating the inspection and patch work. Ultimately, I choose them to repipe and redrain my entire house. The crew was extremely hard working and efficient. Special thanks to the owner, Mike, who went well above the call of duty spending a lot of time on the job helping his crew and making sure the job went well (i have a fairly large house). Mike is such a fantastic guy. The patch work they did after the job was also excellent. Overall, I can't thank them enough for all the time and effort they put in. “I had originally used a company that I thought was based in CA but turns out was overseas. Communication was a bit of a problem, but the big issue was that their T24 CF1R report required an expensive ERV unit.

It seemed unlikely to me that an ERV was necessary for my project, so I needed someone who was local that could review and confirm if that was really required.

Simik at ProMech Engineering was recommended to me-
and he was able to edit the report and concluded that an ERV was not required.

Aside from his excellent work, I found Simik to be an excellent communicator, always immediately picking up his phone, or responding to a text or email.
