Mr. Pipe Plumbing and Rooter
“Honest. Very knowledgeable. They say what they do and they do what they say, simple as that.
I had a more complicated blockage in our kitchen sink. Francisco (100% the main guy) came by to try some simple fixes. Didn't work and that's fine, our home is somewhat unique. So then he said he would come back the next day with another person and more complicated machinery. Great!
They came back the next day right on time and as discussed. They worked the clog for about 2 hours. Still no luck. The plan that came up with for a third visit made sense. I'm active in their approach this all makes sense to me.
Third visit, we ran the water and discovered the work done in the 2nd visit likely unclogged the drain. No more further charges or work, when they could have tried to take advantage of the situation like other plumber might.
Francisco and Kevin were awesome. I'm a 10+ year homeowner here in Studio City and have tried only a few plumbers in this time. Francisco and Kevin have earned my trust and loyalty.
Thanks Mr. Pipe!”
