We cleaned it and it was looking good, but a year after purchasing it Chris had cleaned it and... there was a difference. The car looked like a new one!

I cannot say enough positive things about Linda and Alfredo, and their quality of work. My project was small... a bathroom remodel and a kitchen update, in an older home in Oakland... They did beautiful work! The tile work and the painting was top notch. Such amazing attention to detail! They found some rot, after the demo, and made the repairs at an affordable upcharge. I was grateful knowing that everything about my project was going to be structurally sound as well as pretty. I found their pricing to be fair. Not the cheapest (but I don't want the cheapest - I want quality)... also not the most expensive.. their prices are FAIR. Also, they do What they say they're gonna do, When they said they were gonna do it, and for the Price they promised. AND they're always on time. Basically - that's integrity (to me anyway) So, in summary, if you're looking for Honesty, Quality and Fair Pricing - do yourself a favor and give these folks a try. You won't be sorry!
After wearing glasses for 14 years since early childhood , I finally decided to make the big decision and get my eyes done . Dr. Respicio has been taking are of us since 1998ish. We started with him in Daly City and now receive care in Hercules. We moved to Nevada 3 years ago and have continued to make the drive to see him because there really is not a better eye doctor on the planet. I can't say enough great things about Dr. Respicio, his office, his staff, everything is top notch. I tried someplace else last year, closer to home, highly recommended, etc. I will be driving the 3.5 hours until Dr. Respicio retires.

I have always been afraid of going to the dentist for various reasons. This is the first time I’ve ever been comfortable with a dentist office and I’m in my 60’s. They are the best. They’re the most understanding and they act like real human beings instead of people that are above and better than you. They are the best of the best and you’ll never find a better office.
This is long overdue. I always have an easy time getting my teeth cleaned here because of Arcie. I am very sensitive and had seen several dentists before meeting her. She's very welcoming and always checks to make sure I am comfortable. Best of all, she's very gentle. I can't wait to bring my kids here to get their teeth cleaned by her. I would be so disappointed if she ever moved. I work in customer service, so I know how important it is, and that's why I am so comfortable with her. Highly recommend this place, the rest of the staff, and my new dentist.
I’ve been going to the Hercules library for over 15+ years with my daughters. It’s such a clean atmosphere with great Staff. I’ve never been in there once when it wasn’t in order, the atmosphere is extremely quiet which it should be but it’s pleasant. I still love to go in from time to time to grab a good read with my library card, find a quiet area and just read & relax! The bathrooms are also clean which is a plus. I have nothing but great things to say about the Hercules library!

The waiting area was spacious and comfortable, providing ample seating for clients. As we waited, I couldn't help but notice the professionalism and warmth of the staff, which immediately put us at ease.
My son's barber, Christian, was not only skilled but also incredibly friendly and attentive. He took the time to listen to my son's preferences and executed the haircut flawlessly. Needless to say, my son left the chair beaming with confidence and satisfaction.
Christian charged me $50 for the hair cut and the entire process took around an hour and a half from start to finish.

Park Lake Dental has been my dental provider for probably about 18 years. As a child I was very nervous about going to the dentist due to some previous traumatic experiences. They were, and still are, very respectful of my concerns and sensitivities. From the first two or three visits, they remembered my needs without me having to remind them. Only once have I ever had a small issue with their work (filling was not perfect, caused painful bite) and they were very responsive to that. When my insurance provider changed, I was very worried when I learned they didn't take my new insurance. I hesitantly asked what my out-of-pocket cost would be without any insurance. It was VERY reasonable, and for context, I'm definitely on the lower end of the earning spectrum. It's been a few years now and even when I need fillings and x-rays, the cost is very affordable. Park Lake Dental is very convenient in that they are just a few minutes from my house. That said, they are so excellent I would gladly travel 30-45 minutes just to know that I will receive the absolute best care. Today I brought my 3 and a half year old daughter for her first ever dentist visit. They couldn't have been more encouraging and supportive. They offered her surprise toys and stickers for doing well, they were enthusiastic and very friendly with her, and even had a supportive friend she got to interact with which made her day. My daughter has been so excited all day and has been telling everyone her friends at the dentist were so nice to her. TL;DR: I can't imagine ever changing providers. I don't think anyone else would give as thorough, cost-effective, and empathetic care. I highly suggest Park Lake Dental for anyone who either does not have or isn't happy with their current dental provider.
This week, Tony and son installed a gas line into my kitchen, for me, a most important job. He scheduled the work within 3 days. Efficient and clean, the job took 3 hours and all I need now is my range to be delivered.Pacific Plumbing has done a variety of work in my home the past 15 years including installing new tubs and granite shower walls in 2 bathrooms, installed new water heater, french doors replacing an original 90" window, demo'd a long, faux planter box and restuccoed exterior wall, hung a new garage side door, and installed exterior lighting. I am happy with each of these jobs and trust Tony's experience and workmanship as a general contractor. He's honest and advises appropriately on best recommendations so I can make the right choices for all my projects.

I have come here for a few years now. Laila (some call her lily) has always done a nice job with my hair cuts, highlights, and color. She has cut hair for both my kids a few times as well. Even put some fun colorful highlights in for my daughter. As long as you communicate well you will be happy.

My family and I have been patients here for many years and love Dr. Milner and his staff! Their optician, Vidi, is amazing! Vidi is warm, professional, knowledgeable, and patient. She always understands what I'm looking for and is so kind in helping me pick frames (which takes me two trips sometimes so her patience is amazing lol) and is great at explaining why certain frames will or won't work with progressive lenses for your face shape. I never feel rushed with Vidi and feel like I'm talking with an old friend. She also answers all my insurance questions in a way that's clear and easy to understand. She is an absolute doll and is the cherry on top of a great optometry office.
