They always take really good care of me here. A few years ago, I didn’t really pay much attention to my feet other then clean and clip. Then I met Kayla, and I’ve been going to her since. At least once a month, even though I’m 60 miles a way. She’s the best and so is Valley Nails on Sycamore

Had the most amazing experience! The staff really cares about your experience and what you want. They are super kind and did an incredible job. Extremely grateful that they squeezed me in last minute. Highly recommend!

Lee is a smart business woman, who cares about customer experience! I had an issue with one of my nails that had gel and I came back a few days later. She remedied the situation herself, which was important to me, because I knew it was going to be done right and done well. She handled the situation very gracefully. Lee is personable and seems to genuinely care about making connections with her clients.

Long story short. I might not get my nails done often, but when I do it’ll only be here! I like the services, the salon, the people (especially Lee). At other salons I always felt like a burden, but here I feel welcome.
