I just wanted to share a little bit about my experience with Solis. My 6-year-old son has been attending classes there for over a year now, and it has been such a positive experience for him. It's a perfect outlet for him after school, providing him with great exercise and a chance to burn off some energy.

But it's not just about physical activity – the instructors at Solis do an amazing job teaching discipline and encouraging good behavior. They consistently talk to the kids about how important it is to behave well at home and in the studio, which is a wonderful reinforcement of the values we teach at home.

We love SMA! My son has been attending Solis for over 5 years now, and continues to love it. He has made several friends in class he enjoys seeing, and it has helped build his confidence.
He is a serious soccer player and karate has helped with his conditioning for soccer. It strengthens his flexibility, core, and coordination. Most of all, we love supporting our community.

I studied under Professor Solis from 1991-1996 and received my Black Belt which changed my life in a very positive way.He has many years of experience helping children and adults alike to build their skill, knowledge, and confidence.Do your best, and you will make vast improvements in your character, spirit and physicality.
