This was my first experience with Empire and now I'm spoiled. I did a walk-in at noon on a Tuesday and the place was packed. I was lucky enough to be quickly met by Young Master Jourdan who, without exaggeration, gave me the best haircut of my Gen X life. He was patient, extremely detailed and made sure I was satisfied before I got up from the chair. I'll be back for sure.
