Great experience. Friendly and efficient staff. Dr. Ho is a master of her craft. A very thorough check up followed by excellent work done on my teeth. I am very happy with my visit.
Dr. Ho is patient and great to work with. She knows what she's doing and I have a serious fear of needles and anytime she numbs me she is careful and takes her time. I love that she's open on Saturday's and is always so sweet to connect with.
The staff at this office was very friendly and the services were professional. The reason I will not go back is the doctor is overly aggressive in her assessments. I have had relatively good oral health for years, with only one crown that was a result of neglecting a cavity 20 years ago when I was 19 and thought I'd live forever. But when Dr. Ho examined me, she said I had inflamed gums with pockets up to 7 mm. She also recommended replacing the crown that was only two years old. I agreed, as I was not thrilled with my last dentist and decided it was probably best. Six months later I am informed I need a descaling deep clean not covered by insurance.
