“If you're in the Orange County area, call these guys! We've been using JL Quality Heating and Air for a few years now and they keep our older HVAC unit running throughout the year. I have found them to be very responsive, they always provide a high degree of customer service, and I think they are very trustworthy and competitive.

They keep my system going when we need it most -- especially this morning when they showed up at 7am to get my HVAC operating again after it stopped working over the weekend in triple-digit temperatures! When a repair is all that's required they're not trying to sell new installations or replacements instead. He came quickly after our call, he actually changed his plans to come over.
There was a strong stench coming from the AC unit and he figured it out right away that we might have a dead rat in the unit.
And he was right!!! A huge dead rat was sitting in the unit panel.
Adam went above and beyond, he removed the dead rat and made sure that there wasn’t any trace of other rats. He changed our filter too while he was there!!!
He has been very professional, caring and helpful!!!!

“My next door neighbor recommended Abe, who has done work on his home, his daughter's home, and other rental properties he owns. I actually had 5 other companies come in to bid for two new air conditioners and one new furnace, as the current units were 31 years old! Sunset Heating and Cooling was the choice I made, and I'm so happy that I did! I was having a contractor pour concrete on the area were the a/c goes, and he came at no charge to disconnect the old units and put them to the side. When he came to do the work a couple of days later, he and Bryan were punctual, professional, meticulous, and a sheer pleasure to work with!
