“Older A/C - was told we needed a new 5 ton A/C by another company sent by Lowes. However, I had Jaim from Yaeger Services come out today and he checked the system, freon level, washed the condenser coil, checked run capacitor, start capacitor, booster, fan motor, fan blades, tested the system, checked amp draw and told us it should be good for several more years. Just a little noisy!I highly recommend this company“

“In May 2023, we had our 5 ton AC replaced and all ducting upstairs replaced, we added 2 air returns, moved thermostats, installed a heat pump, added air supplies, added zoning upstairs, and installed a variable air handler. Jack designed the system, Martin got 2 stage operation working. We ended up with exactly what we wanted- at night you can't hear the AC go on and off. No rushing air, whisper quiet. The upstairs is exactly the same temperature throughout. Multiple air returns ensure the system is super quiet. And having used it over a hot summer, it is incredibly efficient. Only occupied rooms are conditioned. They finished within a week by putting many guys on the job, all of which were careful and knowledgable. The inverter outside is really quiet as well. We have had 2 prior homes zoned- these guys are a class act.“
