Jason came on a Saturday and checked everything out and explained what is needed. He will be ordering a new thermostat to replace the one that is no longer working. He was thorough and we look forward to his return to finish the job.
Noah and his associate came to my house to tune up my air conditioner and heater. They were absolutely wonderful. They didn’t leave any mess and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done, especially in my attic with the insulation that I was not aware of , very grateful to both of them they were great workers and you’re lucky to have them as employees.
We had a water heater installed (by a different company) right next to our heat pump air handler. When completed, the thermostat for our HVAC showed an error and would not start. We called Triton (who originally installed the unit) late on Friday, and early Monday morning, Noah arrived. Rather than just fixing the immediate issue and having the problem recur, Jason methodically tested every part of the installation to make sure there were no hidden problems causing this rather vague error.
