This company is very attentive to their customers and always on time, Zach has done services to our home in 2 or 3 occasions and he’s been great. Very detailed and patient with explaining everything to us. I definitely recommend them and will continue to use their service as needed.

After 25 years with the same water heater I started to worry that it would go out at any time. I contacted Kalka and they scheduled a time for someone to come and give me a quote. They called me this morning at 8:00am to let me know Zach would be arriving at 8:30am. Zach arrived exactly at 8:30am and examined my water heater. I already knew it would need to be replaced due to its age. I liked the way Zach asked me about our hot water usage and needs BEFORE quoting a new unit. Zach and his assistant Aaron were excellent! Ryan and the team at Kalka have been taking care of my heating and cooling systems for over 20 years now. They are extremely knowledgeable, and just nice people! I have special health issues that require me to have as close to a particle free environment. They designed a system for me that was cost effective and energy efficient. They are my team for life!
