Our worker Vinnie was outstanding with his work and with his explanations. He was able to show us what was urgent and what could wait. He provided clear pictures of our A/C parts - and areas of concern. He did not try to pressure us into any expenses; and he was very professional in providing options. We were extremely pleased with him (and his work).
My neighbor and I both have the yearly maintenance program and are always pleased with the service. Raymond did our most recent maintenance, and he was very thorough, knowledgeable, and friendly!
Josh did a great job replacing my system air filter and took out the dried tree leaves and other debris that got deposited inside the condenser as part of the scheduled maintenance.
