Sergei was incredible. Came out same day and was able to repair our unit without any hassle. It is an older unit so I asked about the option of replacement. Sergei walked me through all the options without any hard sell. He just showed the issues that would need to be fixed and why, using videos and photos for evidence. I found Sergei to be very knowledgeable and trustworthy. I had Costco come out the day before and try to push a new unit costing $26k so Sergei was a breath of fresh air! I will always use Air Blu going forward because they have shown me what a good company is and doesn’t try to force more costly options.
They are professional and polite. They hauled all trashes and put everything where they were after the job is done. They also Ran very thorough tests and shown me how the system works afterwards.
Air Blue HVAC did a fantastic Job, they do what they said they are going to do, they do a very clean and professional job, I will recommend to anyone to try this company before anybody else, Sergei and his team is always on time, answer all questions you may ask and go the extra mile to get the job done, clean up at the end of the day and take the Trush out to keep the work are clean.
