Of course the installers arrived on the hottest most humid day of the year. They worked tirelessly for 12 hrs installing & insuring proper install & function.
They were highly recommended & this proved to be correct. Would use them again & refer them to anyone.
Our excellent customer service began when discussing our project with Sergei, who was not pushy on sales or services, just gave us honest thoughts about our particular system needs for our very old, inefficient and broken HVAC. We ended up with an all new heat pump system that is quiet and really efficient (17.5 SEER2). We already anticipated need for a new system since every tech that came in last 5 years said it was on its last leg, before it finally died during an extreme heat warning.
