Pilates near Fair Oaks picked by BestProsInTown
“I have been coming to club pilates for about 4 months now. I split my time between rancho cordova and fair oaks. I absolutely love all of the instructors I have, they push me in amazing ways and I always leave feeling accomplished! I personally look forward to my classes with Julie, Alyssa, Elyse, and Valerie and I look forward to working with all the instructors in the future.”
“Class is incredibly hard, and you don’t know how you’re going to make it through but you’ll get the hang of it. It constantly moves quick so by the time you grab your water class is done which is nice. Incredible burn, completely worth the pain, love it already!”
“I had a knee injury that was persistent and I wasn’t getting the help I needed. A friend recommended Body Concepts. During my first visit with Jessie, she thoroughly assessed my knee and sent me home with some exercises. I felt instant relief once I started doing what she suggested. I am so appreciative and grateful for the guidance and support I received. I had been dealing with this injury for months, and within weeks I’ve experienced a full recovery. I highly recommend Body Concepts.”
