I was recommended by my sister-in-law that worked for ProStar in their customer service department. She referred them explaining to me since it would be my first time having any kind of home improvements that it would be a great idea to hire a company to do it all. And that's exactly what ProStar did. They handled it all and they were always responding to all my questions and believe me, I had so many questions. I would say there were some delays, and that was due to materials not being available during the pandemic but they always informed me what was going on.I was extremely happy with the completed work they did. It turned out beautiful.I give them 5 stars for getting the job done and making our dreams come true. Thank you ProStar!!
I manage my parents finances and no zero about roofing. When their roof needed repair, I was beside myself and very concerned how I was going it done & fearful of construction nightmare. Pro Star was very patient when I explained I have to get mult quotes to ensure I was getting a fair price. I checked with the BBB and after due diligence and crossing my fingers, I went with them Eran met w. me & not only walked me through process. As I don 't live near him he said he would send pictures at each stage. My father said there was a hiccup and rather then say "not my job", my dad said the stayed later to ensure the problem was solved. The roof looks great, was done very quick,y & efficiently and I am grateful they not only assured me but helped my dad when faced w. an issue. Thank you.
