As a realtor in Malibu and have put off remodeling my home for a long time because l could not find a remodeling contractor that l was comfortable with and trusted.All that changed when I met Ron from Smart consultants construction From start to finish, the remodeling of my kitchen and bathroom was a dream. I basically told Ron the general theme of both kitchen and bath and let him run with it. I have lots of experience in home-improvement especially in the window industry. I do not know bathrooms and or kitchens so I left it to the professionals. I had several estimates like I always do. Smart construction consultant wasn't the cheapest nor were they the most expensive. One thing I can truly say is, they were courteous, on time, and suggested many different design options that I did not think of before. I am so glad that I went with them. They aren't my business and, I would recommend them to anyone who's is looking for high-quality work from people that cares about their customers. I am grateful that I found Smart Construction Consultants to complete my bathroom remodel. Everyone involved was helpful, communicative, and gave me excellent advice. The work was done beautifully and completed in a timely fashion. I am very pleased!
