I was referred to Kevin by a friend who had a good experience redoing their outdoor patio. My home project was fixing a leak in a basement room from hillside water penetration. Kevin and his best crew did a French drain system in my crawl space and followed with siding of the house. The team were super knowledgeable and did a great job with 5 year warranty on water leakage. They completed the job with new stucco outside. I am very happy with kevin and Graceland and highly recommend.

We remodeled 2 small bathrooms and a laundry room with Graceland in 2022. We worked with Sean and the communication was great. We were always able to reach him when needed which is crucial when working with any contractor! The project was done in a timely manner and the workers were respectful. It's been over a year and no issues. Would use Graceland again for future projects.

Needed some relatively small project done in my two -story townhouse. Contacted Graceland Remodeling on yelp, made an appointment. Met Niv David Russo -Solutions Manager (his business card). He was punctual, polite , and not pushy/salesman. Listened to my concerns and gave reasonable ideas to making them happen. Gave me a quote next day. It wasn't itemized by labor/materials but rather a bundle quote. His price was competitive compared to 2 other quotes I received. Project was given 3 weeks and finished in 1.5 weeks.
