“Absolutely amazing! All of the staff was sooo nice and accommodating! I did a massage and sauna & soak. The lady who did my massage was reassuring and listened to my needs. The sauna was perfect, and the soak with salts came with an included salt scrub and strawberry rhubarb lotion(that smells amazing!) Complimentary tea that was so yummy! Had a shower after my soak, the shampoo and conditioner made my hair so soft. Afterwards got changed, they have free combs and razors. They also have plenty of hair ties if needed. Also the spa being mostly outside is the biggest perk yet. So many places to relax after your service, with a koi pond and amazing greenery. Provides plenty of shade. Even on a hot day, the shade with the breeze was super relaxing! Overall would definitely recommend! Ya gotta come check it out for yourself.“

“Dr. Chong changed my life. Just a brief background of my medical problems so you know how much she did to help me. I had a c section in August 2025 and when I was released from the hospital I couldn’t breath so I went back to the hospital and was diagnosed with postpartum preeclampsia and pneumonia…I had to work with a cardiologist and pulmonologist and I was put on antibiotics, inhalers, steroids nothing worked. In October I got Covid… I had Covid 2 times before but I think I was just super fragile postpartum and Covid just completely took me out even more. At this point I was desperate I wanted to try anything and everything and that’s when I found Dr. Chong. I went in for my first acupuncture and the next day I noticed a huge different in my chest tightness and shortness of breath. I couldn’t believe it. I continued to go for a few more sessions and by the time I “graduated” acupuncture I was no longer using any inhalers my ct scans came back as “improving”. I just had my gallbladder removed so I’m itching to get back into Dr Chong’s office. Her book was also very helpful. She truly saved me. “Cristy is a miracle worker! I had a complex surgery on my arm and hand that after a few months of rehabilitation therapy I still had little movement and lots of swelling. My surgeon suggested lymphatic drainage massage, so I found Cristy's clinic online. At my first appointment, she did a thorough assessment of my posture and physical limitations. She recommended myofacia release therapy and spent 90 minutes doing amazing stretching type movements (much more complicated then that but hard to describe.) She can feel the scar tissue releasing with her movements. By the end of one session I had about 30% more range of motion and my pain and swelling decreased significantly. I have seen her two more times since and I look forward to the visits because I always feel so much better and encouraged that I may regain full function of my hand. My occupational therapist and surgeon both are so impressed with the difference in my recovery with Cristy's therapy! I highly recommend her services!“
