“I had called Phil and Paul’s pluming for a drain issue I’ve been having for years. Once a year I have to clean out my kitchen sink drain lines due to them backing up from buildup. I was worried the constant build up was caused by roots or damage in the line. They had a technician out with hours of my call. Aaron had arrived and was quick knowledgeable and professional. No attempted upsell or pressure for anything other than what I needed (I even had to insist he stick a camera in the pipe to inspect after he cleared the blockage for my own peace of mind). He was able to show me right where my issue is and how we can maintain it. I very much appreciate the help! I will be calling them out and requesting Aaron for any future pluming issues!”
