Every single person that I spoke to from the beginning met me with professionalism, patience, kindness, compassion, as well as speed! Including the office assistant, Bre, and the owner, Tommy!! I didn't feel like just another number. These are real people who really care for their clientele. They took my circumstances into serious consideration and accommodated by making time for their trained technicians to have my drain emergency taken care speedily. They truly went above and beyond which seems very rare now days to receive from many businesses! The techs, Leo and Nick, were very knowledgeable, friendly, fast, and efficient! I had a broken water pipe under my house, had to shut the water off at the well. After two days of talking to folks, I got online and pulled up Drain Time and gave them a call. I spoke with Tommy described the problem, needed an estimate, and he was out on the same day. He was so professional and respectful. There was no hard sale at all. He explained everything thoroughly as to what needed to be done, emailed the contract, which was very easy to understand. I sent it back and said let’s do it. My grandson came by the next day and said I will fix it and he did. I called Tommy and had to cancel the contract. Tommy was very professional no hard sale. I would recommend him to anyone and I personally would call him back if I have plumbing problems.
