“Best decision of my life was to come to VIP. I was tempted to try the work out camps that have popped up all over the city and Facebook/Instagram. However I opted for VIP because it offers a more personal one on one training. Erwin is a true professional in every sense of the word. Got to know me asked me questions and set up a plan. He is very patient and educates me as I work out on why I should avoid certain habits or foods and how to be a healthier person overall. Some of the things he has shared just resonate and when I'm trying at home it's like a light bulb moment, like aha! this is why! Erwin is a top notch trainer, not like the ones you see taking pics and posting selfies and videos while they're "training." Prices are reasonable for the excellent service and attention you get!. I highly recommend!”
