“I had my first pilates session here and it was such a wonderful experience. I went in April and now I am a regular goer every week! The instructors here are very educated, informative, sweet, and lovely. I love that they provide an individualized and customizable experience for their clients. It is beginner friendly or challenging for experienced users. 10/10 recommend and it is a beautiful studio!“

“I've traveled to Ca many times but this time I had to due to an illness of my father. Since I have been here a few months I was dealing with pelvic floor issues and decided to call and check if I can get an appointment, sadly my insurance was out of network and my fees were too high for me to pay right now. The customer service I receive was exceptional, the kindness and beautiful words I received for my father were touching. Both of my nieces were seen here for pelvic floor therapy after delivery and they were treated wonderfully. Would highly recommend this organization and their staff, hopefully on another occasion I will be able to come in. High Regards, Orlando“

“I would definitely recommend this Pilates/Yoga studio. I had the opportunity to do private classes, as well as group Springboard and Reformer sessions with different instructors and I simply loved it. All of them are extremely nice, knowledgeable, and caring. I just signed up for their 12-month membership after being out of the country for two months, I was looking forward to coming back and continue working on my mind and body. ?“

“Club pilates Cerritos and Cypress are under new ownership. I have been a member for about 2 months now, and I am very happy with the experience. There are different levels of memberships you can choose from to best fit your needs I chose to go with the membership that allows me to attend classes at both locations. This has allowed me to choose any class that best fits my schedule and choose from an array of several different instructors at various times. The nature of my work has a constantly changing schedule, so this was a must for me. The classes are different as every instructor has their own twist to their class (e.g., some may have a calm demeanor for a relaxing class, some have humorous instruction, some have more intense muscle group workouts, etc.).There are also several different classes you can choose to go to (i.e., reformer, center and balance, control, hiit, etc). However, even if you attend the same class, the workout will be varied so you don't get bored. It is definitely not a cheap option for workout, but I would highly recommend for those with limited movements (i.e. plantar facciitis, tendonitis, etc.) because it doesn't involve overloading your muscles with weights, and the instructors are really great about providing modifications if you have injuries. It will take a few sessions to try out the different instructors to see who's teaching style best fits you, but once you figure that out, it's a pleasant experience. In 2 months- I attended about 25 classes Changes I've observed: increase flexibility, increase core strength, toned muscles, and decreased flare ups of my plantar faciitis and achelis tendonitis. (Just my experience)“

“I love the Hot Ra classes. The class led by Aubrey is great if you prefer silence during your practice. I appreciate that Aubrey doesn't play music during the session, because it allowed me to sort of meditate during the practice, which felt more pure and restorative. The rooms seem to be soundproof because I don't hear anything from outside. There are reserved seats so that you don't feel overcrowded, and ambient lighting that instructors can control. The radian heat makes your body feel warm but not too hot, just perfect to get a good invigorating sweat. Highly recommend Ra Yoga!“

“I had Prostate Enucleation Surgery in April 2023. After which I began leaking. After my follow up appointment with my doctor he then recommended Pelvic Health Physical Therapy which I had never heard of. I started looking online to see what Pelvic Therapy was and how it is treated. I found Sarton Physical Therapy and I am glad I did. I very much appreciate their spa like setting which makes for a much more relaxing atmosphere.Sarton Physical Therapy a first class organization all the way. My therapist Christina Yu is in a class all by herself. Christina is passionate about her job and it shows. Christina is tough and by the book, yet at the same time she is compassionate about her patients getting well and moving on with their lives.“

“This place is like a second home. For years, I was hesitant to try Pilates, thinking the moves would be too complex for what I'd term a "physically dyslexic" yet fit senior. So, I didn't have high hopes when I walked into Club Pilates Echo Park's free intro class in March 2022. But, boy, was I wrong! I was immediately put at ease, even though I was the only male, let alone the only person in the session over 30. I learned the basics of the reformer, a versatile contraption I've grown to appreciate like a favorite armchair. I was hooked and signed up on the spot for a 4-pack-per-month membership. I am currently on an Unlimited plan, averaging three classes per week. During extended travels, I can easily put the plan on pause to avoid paying for time away from class. The administrators, Julie (manager), Liz, and Maya, are always helpful in dealing with my scheduling changes, and their communication about any upcoming changes or cancellations is excellent. The Club's phone app is simple to use for scheduling, checking your comprehensive history, looking at your account, and seeing on a graph how many classes you've attended in a month. I did level one Reformer class for a while and now am happy at 1.5. My instructors always ask about injuries and suggest modifications to accommodate them--in my case a bum shoulder and knee. I work mostly with Leah, Lauren, and Trish, all of whom are gracious, fun, and motivating. I've been pleased as well with the other instructors I've had. What's particularly cool about the sessions is the variety of moves from class to class, from instructor to instructor. Though I still am sometimes slow transitioning from one move to another in the correct position, doing new positions in quick succession is a workout for the mind as well as the body. All in all, Pilates has significantly improved my strength, flexibility, and cognitive acuity.“
