From the receptionist to the main therapist Deanna they are all great, work with my schedule, and I have been progressing every week since my pain is 90% gone. The facility is nice, they have a lot of equipment, unlimited exercises and stretches and will give you some extracurricular activities as well on the reformer. Highly recommended“

561 W Arrow Hwy, San Dimas“After three months at Gimme Crossfit, I couldn't be happier with my experience. I've done Crossfit back in 2012 but had to step away after an injury and back surgery due to ego lifting. Finding a gym that prioritized safety and smart training was essential for me, and Gimme Crossfit delivers with its Level Method system. This approach ensures every workout is tailored to my specific fitness level, which has been crucial for rebuilding my strength and confidence without fear of re-injury. In just a short time, I've seen incredible results, dropping from 198lbs at 23% body fat to 190lbs at 19%. The weekly InBody scans are a huge motivator and watching my Level Method improve each month proves that my hard work is paying off. I also appreciate that Yajen takes the time every month for a personalized goal review, going over my InBody results and providing guidance. The coaches and community are amazing, creating a supportive and motivating environment. I highly recommend Gimme Crossfit to anyone looking for a place that puts your long-term health and progress first.“

210 S Grand Ave #320, Glendora“At the end of last year my husband was diagnosed with Gillian Barre syndrome (A nerve condition). After being released from the hospital he continued to struggle with mobility. Acupuncture was suggested to us as a way to help him heal. We chose Dr. Garcia because of his Google reviews and we are thankful that we did.
His treatments have been very helpful in the recovery process. Dr. Garcia is knowledgeable, kind, and gentle. He cares about his patients and works diligently to come up with the best possible treatment plan for each individual patient.
The combination of acupuncture and herbal remedies has made a big difference in my husband’s healing. We are grateful to him and highly recommend Dr. Garcia.“

201 N Indian Hill Blvd Suite 102, Claremont“M Power Yoga is amazing! I was visiting the area and ended up getting a multiple class pass, and then ended up booking an additional 3 classes during my stay because the instructors and the environment were so welcoming and supportive. I was on vacation, but I really appreciated the various levels of mental and physical intensity I was able achieve just through trying different classes. I recommend downloading their app, which keeps track of your schedule and sends you email reminders. Mat Pilates with Stephanie was a perfect workout, and both Gentle Yoga instructors were incredible at tying mind and body together. The Hot Yoga classes were challenging, but I came out feeling strong and capable, and will definitely return!“

The studio is really nice aesthetically and clean and the poles are tall. I love the morning classes!“

641 S Palm St, La Habra“I attended the Reformer Foundations class with Aaliyah as the instructor, and it was a fantastic foundations class getting used to the reformer. The class size was 7 people, which is very ideal in order for the instructor to help the students with proper form, placement, and cater to the student's individual needs. Aaliyah was very helpful to me and led a great class! I experienced a refreshing work out that also challenged my body in a positive way. The studio is very clean and well-kept. Towards the end of class, the instructor hands out individual cleaning wipes to sanitize the equipments used. I highly recommend this studio and to anyone interested in doing Pilates.“

“I have been a member here for over 8 years. Yoga Sol has helped me strengthen/recover from 2 difficult surgeries and get through many stressful seasons of life. I am grateful for their incredible therapist who knows how important yoga is for the mind body and soul. It's more than just burning calories for me. It's a lifestyle that not only helps me improve myself when I'm on my matt but for the rest of my day. Thank you Tina for offering a so many different classes in a tranquil space for me to come practice. I highly recommend this studio!!“

13925 City Center Dr Suite 2013, Chino Hills“I have signed up through ClassPass for Y6 Hot a few times now, and LOVE practicing hot yoga here! Upon walking in, the staff is always so friendly and welcoming when checking you in. During my first class, I loved that they had my name down on the whiteboard as a welcome note. The studio overall is clean and I loved that the bathroom had goodies if needed (spray deoderant/tampons/pads/tissues). They also have a storage room you go into to borrow the props they have (yoga bolsters, straps, yoga blocks). They have one yoga room/space; I recommend getting there at least 10-15 minutes before class to get space for your yoga mat in the studio, especially as classes are filled with other students too. I love how the instuctors here are so empowering, and genuinly love teaching yoga! Hot yoga has done wonders for my health, and I leave each session feeling AMAZING and wanting to come back again! One thing I wish is that the music was played a tad lower because I sometimes can hear the music over the instructor (even with their microphone on). Otherwise, the instructors are easy to follow and I truly enjoy coming to YogaSix Chino Hills.“

18756 Amar Rd, Walnut“Being my first class ever, the session with Janelle in the chromonyasa sound bath was absolutely healing! It was a class I did not know I needed so badly! I did not expect to feel and experience what I did in the room. It was so intense, and scary all at the same time and I had visuals that were giving me anxiety BUT IVE NEVER FELT MORE SAFE to be able to release the emotions in that space. ? I felt so relieved and calm leaving KIN. I am so excited to continue my healing journey with Kin and am so grateful to Janelle for today’s session. ? From the bottom of my heart, thank you so much. ?“
“I can't say enough about how amazing our distance therapy has been going. My son and I both get treatments from Dr. Kennelly. I was apprehensive at first but being witness to the changes our bodies made through her work is testament to its effectiveness. If you're unsure I suggest giving it a try! Dr. Kennelly's ability truly amazes me and I trust her implicitly. She's got a real gift!“

“David, the owner and teacher, has more than 40 years career in teaching yoga. Lots of students follow with him are more than 5 years. The classes type is hot yoga basically with traditional Hatha yoga. You can join any classes, no level difference. $120 monthly, unlimited, as long as you have time to come. I think only nonprofit organization can do it like this. In here, we like a big yoga family. David creates a mutual training environment, senior students practice with junior one. We make jokes to each other and share some of our life matters during the class. This is why we are more like a big family, watching each others and caring each others. Most importantly, here, you always can hear laughing. Joyful is priceless, and I can find it from here.“
