9385 Monte Vista Ave, Montclair“Decided to swing by for a quick workout and honestly, I’m pretty impressed. This LA Fitness has a lot going on. From what I remember of Montclair and this spot, just a heads-up, don’t leave laptops or bags out in the open, gotta stay safe.
Most of the nearby stores and restaurants are closed, but the gym itself is really spacious. Tons of machines, some are a bit old, but they still get the job done. Looks like they did some remodeling, and they even have a smoothie shop. I liked the walking circle on the top level and the big pool, though you have to go outside to get to it.
Not a big fan of the co-ed sauna and steam room; wish they were separate. Overall, pretty solid gym with some nice amenities!“

I am grateful for their incredible therapist who knows how important yoga is for the mind body and soul. It's more than just burning calories for me. “I can't say enough about how amazing our distance therapy has been going. My son and I both get treatments from Dr. Kennelly. I was apprehensive at first but being witness to the changes our bodies made through her work is testament to its effectiveness. If you're unsure I suggest giving it a try! Dr. Kennelly's ability truly amazes me and I trust her implicitly. She's got a real gift!“

224 N Indian Hill Blvd, Claremont“The body center has been a great experience so far I went in and I'm still going in for my IT band and wrist pain. From the receptionist to the main therapist Deanna they are all great, work with my schedule, and I have been progressing every week since my pain is 90% gone. The facility is nice, they have a lot of equipment, unlimited exercises and stretches and will give you some extracurricular activities as well on the reformer. Highly recommended“

“I can’t say enough good things about this yoga studio. From day one, the admin team made me feel so welcomed, supported, and comfortable — like I truly belonged here. Lomie, especially, is exceptional like literally treats you like a sister. She always makes sure I have everything I need, she is very accommodating, replies to texts and makes sure all my questions are answered! This girl is truly a blessing! The instructors are not only incredibly knowledgeable, but also kind, encouraging, and genuinely invested in your growth. Samara, was my very first instructor and she made me fall in love with sculpt and flow! Love her energy and how she sets your intention before every workout!! She truly knows how to make you fall in love with Sculpt!
I’ve tried so many workout programs in the past and never fully committed… but this place completely changed that for me. The energy, the community, and the way classes are guided made me fall in love with yoga and working out in a way I never expected.
I’ve grown stronger — physically and mentally — and I actually feel excited to keep showing up and pushing myself. They make fitness feel accessible, empowering, and beautiful. It doesn’t feel intimidating; it feels inspiring.

What I was hoping to get out of the process was an accurate assessment and suggestions that were both specific to me and helpful/actionable. I didn’t want to end up feeling uncertain or questioning the results, and I didn’t want to receive a diagnosis without a clear idea of what to do next. Both of those goals were met.
The assessment process was very thorough, the results were clearly explained and I left with a clearer view of what I’ve been experiencing. I trust the results, and I didn’t feel like there were loose ends I questioned or information I didn’t get to share during the process.
I also received plenty of resources and referrals, and discussed a clear first couple of steps to take. In addition to the guidance on what support to look for, I also got feedback on what types of things might not apply to me, and what things to make sure to avoid.
Overall I’m very happy with what I learned from the assessment, and during the whole process Dr. Blied was incredibly helpful and kind.“

The gym has a good variety of equipment, so I never really have to wait too long, and everything is usually in decent condition. Staff have been friendly when I’ve needed help, and the place stays pretty clean. Only downside is it can get crowded during peak hours, but that’s expected. Still a good spot to get a workout in.“
