The owner Tracy is very experienced to host a studio for years. All the instructors are full of passion.All classes are nice, mindful and spiritual. Here are the nicest instructors I ever took classes. Sonia, Monica, Patty, Joanna, Abigail, Jenna,Tamar, Elizabeth, Bess, Dolores, Sarah,Michelle, Marcella, Diane and more... Classes are from early morning to evening daily.Studio also offers live stream online classes which is a great addition.There is no front desk receptionist. So if no class, the door is closed. You just show up by the website schedule for the first time. Studio provides lots of accessories including yoga mat for practicing. So just come.

I have been going to Claremont Yoga since they were at their original location. Love the new space and have taken several different workshops and attended unique and peaceful, events there. The instructors are passionate about their practice and it is evident in the way they teach. Very thankful for this space in the community.

I started taking classes at CY through the PE courses at the Claremont Colleges, but fell in love with the studio and continued attending far past my requirements! There's a wide variety of teachers, styles, and levels available to tailor to individual preferences, and the studio has a beautiful rooftop area to practice outside when the weather is warm. I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking to start a yoga journey or deepen their existing practice.
