I was visiting the area with my daughter and had some free time. Did some quick research and found Yoga Sol based on location, class type, and time. I could not have been more impressed with the class and how everyone was so nice and welcoming. It exceeded expectations by all accounts. Special thanks to the receptionist who made the check-in process super easy and for the instructor for teaching an amazing class.

Yoga Sol is the place to go! Not just to practice yoga but also to find a likeminded, heart centered community. I have been going to Yoga Sol for about a year and a half and the studio offers a wide variety of classes from a 6 am Hatha flow to gentle restorative evening classes to sound healing journeys and private yoga and healing sessions. The teachers are top notch and the staff is always welcoming. I love my Yoga Sol studio! My soul feels at home here!

I Found this gem of a studio post Covid as I relocated to this area. This studio is so welcoming and has such wonderful teachers...I especially like Rowan James' classes as she knows her yoga training well and incorporates sound and aromatherapy healing...has been very healing for me!
