“I recently had a new 50 gallon tank water heater installed by Sweetwater, after obtaining three quotes. They gave me the best price and promptly installed a quality product. Unfortunately, we had a problem and it took a several trips to diagnose and correct it. But John (owner) was very responsive and took full responsibility. Turned out the internal baffle (vent) had dislodged (probably during shipping), which is not common. Long story short, John came out to our house himself, found the problem and fixed it.
