Barker & Sons was great!! They were available the same day and were professional and knowledgeable. They fixed our problem that was a big one and seamlessly solved and referred us to another great resource for the wall repair. HIGHLY Recommend!!
My hot water heater sprung a leak on a Saturday. I called my plumber and was told we can work you in on the following Monday. So, I called Barker and received service within a couple of hours. A new water heater was installed by a master technician, James Kelley. Being a retired engineer, I would consider him a craftsman. I had hot water by 4PM same Day. Did not give a 5 star due to high cost, not the level of service delivered.

He did a fantastic repair of a leaking pipe under the kitchen sink,which was in a very difficult to reach, limited space location . He arrived quickly, was professionally dressed, courteous and careful to keep the house and work area clean. He also explained the repair options and costs clearly and in detail before beginning any work.Also, Jim, who answered my service call was very polite and assured me that someone will be out shortly despite it already being mid-late afternoon to help us with our leak problem.
