“Thanks for saving the Day, Victor R got there sooner ham expected for late night emergency call when I explained the situation to gym he knew exactly what need to be done and got right to it. The issue was resolved within minutes and he didn’t leave to he ensured everything was resolved and this wouldn’t be happening again. If it were for him I think I would have been standing in a lake or water within hours. Victor saved the day again. Yes this is the second time he’s come out on to 2 separate issues and knew just what to do thanks again Vic!“

My first contact was when I'd asked them for a second opinion regarding another company's expensive estimate for AC repairs. McLay's estimate was substantially lower, and their work was excellent. Every subsequent contact with McLay's has been a model of fairness, friendliness, and prompt responses. Cava (spelling?) McLay, the owner, is especially helpful and cordial in making appointments. Technicians Mike and Matt are both knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. This is a trustworthy company that I recommend highly.“

“I am so happy I found this place! When we called, they gave us a one-hour window for arrival (compared to most places that gave us a 4-hour window), and arrived on time. The guy was very straight-forward with what needed to be done. The price quoted was one SIXTH of what the other company quoted. He had to leave to get a part, told us how long he would be gone and was back just when he said he would be. Spent a couple hours working and was done. He was friendly and honest and didn't try to upsell us. I will definitely be calling them again for my plumbing needs.“
