After a lot of research and meeting with several companies, we hired Safety Services Mgmt.<br>-Knowledgeable Staff<br>Jason was incredibly knowledgeable and thorough in his evaluation. He was also very patient while we waited for the county cleanup, power to return, and other delays. I also spoke with the owner, Jon, and learned a lot from him about the process, which was super helpful. The estimate provided was so detailed it was even accepted by State Farm.<br>Jenny was amazing as well, handling financials, appointments, and follow-up with incredible efficiency.<br>-Thorough and Spotless Cleanup<br>The cleanup crew did an awesome job and the house was absolutely spotless. Because of their thorough cleaning, we felt so comfortable moving our family back home.<br>-A Smooth and Communicative Process<br>Once we gave SMS the green light, the entire process was super smooth. There were three things we especially appreciated:<br>1. Pictures of Progress: We received links to photos showing their progress.<br>2. Detailed Reports: They provided photos of progress reports and checklists for each room.<br>3. Excellent Communication: The team’s communication throughout was outstanding!”

Today i needed them to snake the clean out from my kitchen sink. They found roots and explained all options. They have also redone my main sewer line and repaired a burst pipe (working with my insurance!) at other times. I can’t say enough positive things about them.”
“Great experience with Luis and Elmer doing the reconstruction on my condo in Palm Springs after my flood from a ruptured water line on my condo! They were total pros, efficient, fast, cleaned up after each day of work and just nice guys too!!! Give them a raise!! The initial water damage mitigation team were quick to respond, the demo team were great also and the contents manager team Alejandro was helpful and service with a smile! The only minor issue was some delay for a couple weeks after the drying and demo to get the reconstruction going, but some of this was due to scheduling and me receiving funds from my insurance company to begin the project. All in all I'm happy I chose Servpro!! 5 stars”

“I needed my main supply line replaced from my meter to the house. My main line was leaking under the driveway. My neighbor referred Clean Out Plumbing and Rooter. Chris came out on a Friday afternoon. Saw what was going on. He then explained exactly how he would do the repair in detail. He said he could have a crew at my house at 8am the next day, a Saturday. He and his crew showed up before 8am. They had to replace about 110 feet of 1” copper. Tunneled under the sidewalk and a small section of driveway. Had to saw cut a 3’ square hole in a section of my side yard cement walkway. Chris really took his time to make all his connections super clean and precise. Really turned out beautifully done! They had to remove some pavers in the process. They replaced them better than they were before the job. The cement repair turned out perfect. They removed all debris and cleaned up nicer than when they started. Price was fair and the quality of workmanship was above excellent. Couldn’t have been any better!”
