“My mother's house was severely damaged by hurricane Hillary in August of 2023. The roof failed and the entire second floor interior roof sustained extensive water damage, including to some walls, to the carpet, and there was also damage to the first floor. It was ugly. Servpro was retained by the insurance company to assess necessary repair. As my mother is elderly, I was the main contact. In meeting with Mike and Richard I immediately felt they showed respect to my mother and I, the house, our situation, that they had the skills and knowledge to rectify the situation. Most importantly, I felt that that they could be trusted. I was right on all counts. Not only were the necessary steps, timing, and possible complications explained to us, everything was completed to complete satisfaction within the parameters and way they had explained. On top of that, the Servpro staff in charge of moving and replacing the furniture and personal items were skilled, cautious, and completed it all with a smile and positive attitude. I was there to experience it. Kudos to Jessica and Janet! I can't speak to the quality of any other Servpro, but I have no hesitation in highly recommending the one run by Mike and Richard.“

Came in and scanned for moisture in the walls and flooring and were honest and informative - teaching us how the scanner would read results and letting us know that we dodged a bullet. They even educated us about the insurance claim process should we have needed the restoration service. “Overall I am pleased. They did a good job. Valentino & Kenneth showed up on time and were very respectful of our home. I am disappointed that there were a couple of spots they could not get clean. Once the carpet completely dried those spots became more apparent which took away from the entire carpet area looking clean. Other than that, the house smelled so nice and fresh afterwards. They even opened the windows and tied back the drapes before leaving so fresh air could come in to help the finishing process. This was my 1st time using Stanley Steemer and I'd use them again.“
