“I recommend Neilson Construction at the highest level. They built a 350 SF downstairs addition bedroom/bath into our backyard along with a full kitchen remodel. We could not be more pleased. We were referred to them by our interior designer. During initial consultation David identified and suggested some tweaks to our architectural plans which we agreed to. Made the room much more livable. David, his foreman Steve and everyone of their contractors were on time and respectful of our home. The communication was excellent and they were very agreeable to small changes we asked for along the way. We are 3 years from completion and have no issues whatsoever. When I contacted the company about installers they highly recommended Tom Rollins. Tom has a small showroom but we ended up going to the Four Seasons showroom to decide what we wanted. We chose Four Seasons Elitewood Ultra patio cover with 6 recessed lights, 2 ceiling fans, and 2 IllumaView Skylights. Once the work started, Tom was on site to check on the work everyday and it turned out great! My friends were so impressed that they are now going with Tom too.“
