My mother's house was severely damaged by hurricane Hillary in August of 2023. The roof failed and the entire second floor interior roof sustained extensive water damage, including to some walls, to the carpet, and there was also damage to the first floor. It was ugly. Servpro was retained by the insurance company to assess necessary repair. As my mother is elderly, I was the main contact. In meeting with Mike and Richard I immediately felt they showed respect to my mother and I, the house, our situation, that they had the skills and knowledge to rectify the situation. Mike and his team at the ServePro North Pomona/La Verne were very helpful when my dishwasher leaked and we had concerns of subfloor water damage. They came out quickly and surveyed the kitchen and under the house for water damage. Thankfully there was no extensive damage needing repair, but I was impressed with their responsiveness and knowledge on how to check for potential damages. I would definitely call them again if the need arises.
