I cannot recommend SERVPRO West Covina highly enough. Ryan and his team are amazing. When my roof was leaking and caused damage to my ceiling and walls, I had no idea what to do, and they helped me through what has been my most stressful home owner experience so far. They came immediately to contain the leak while it was still raining, and communicated thoroughly throughout the whole process of fixing everything. Don't hesitate to call them if you need repair services!

Ryan of ServPro West Covina is the best! Ryan has helped us twice already with our water leakage at home. And on both unfortunate circumstances he has provided us his exceptional service. He has gone above and beyond our expectations. Walked us through every step of the way. Very fast and efficient in getting us the equipments we needed for the water mitigation services. We had a slab leak and were in the process of repairing it when our plumbers suggested checking for possible water damage to the property. We called out Servpro and Mike and Lori showed up same day to do a free non-committal inspection. Came in and scanned for moisture in the walls and flooring and were honest and informative - teaching us how the scanner would read results and letting us know that we dodged a bullet. They even educated us about the insurance claim process should we have needed the restoration service.
