He told us exactly what he was going to be doing in order to remove the blockage in our house main line. Nathan first TV’d our main line, in which he was able to find and show us the root intrusion on the video causing the blockage. He then took his sonar and pointed out exactly where the blockage was down our driveway for our knowledge. He proceeded to hydro the line in order to cut the roots to relieve the blockage that was causing the back up into our bathrooms. Great customer service with a friendly and professional staff!
