The guys are always extremely thorough and professional with a world of knowledge! When the employee from Clean Out Plumbing arrived, he was polite and highly competent. He told us exactly what he was going to be doing in order to remove the blockage in our house main line. Nathan first TV’d our main line, in which he was able to find and show us the root intrusion on the video causing the blockage. He then took his sonar and pointed out exactly where the blockage was down our driveway for our knowledge. He proceeded to hydro the line in order to cut the roots to relieve the blockage that was causing the back up into our bathrooms. Great customer service with a friendly and professional staff! The technicians were professional from start to finish, answered all of questions and explained every detail of their work. With their expertise and commitment to customer satisfaction, Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter is a reliable choice for any plumbing issue.
I needed my main supply line replaced from my meter to the house. My main line was leaking under the driveway. My neighbor referred Clean Out Plumbing and Rooter. Chris came out on a Friday afternoon. Saw what was going on. He then explained exactly how he would do the repair in detail. He said he could have a crew at my house at 8am the next day, a Saturday. He and his crew showed up before 8am. They had to replace about 110 feet of 1” copper. Tunneled under the sidewalk and a small section of driveway. Had to saw cut a 3’ square hole in a section of my side yard cement walkway. Chris really took his time to make all his connections super clean and precise. Really… read full review

I’ve used them a couple of times for major work. The first time was to replace my main sewer line from my house to the middle of the street to attach to the city sewer line. The line was jammed with roots and the cast iron and clay pipe was damaged beyond what roto-rooting and a simple repair could fix.
They used pipe bursting which meant they did not have to dig up the street, or my yard, to run the line but only the pipe end points. They did everything with a building permit, including the street connection. Most contractors are not licensed to connect to the city sewer when it is under the street (as most are). It was a one day job with a crew.
I highly recommend Clean Out Plumbing & Rooter. Erik and his team came on time and delivered high quality work. Erik explained the details of his work first and gave me the recommendation of what I should do after the service. Marco, the owner, explained the scope of the work clearly when I called him. Their price was very competitive as well.
