After moving into my home where some shady HVAC work was previously done (or not), Patrick came and fixed the furnace, and Alfred and his team came and cleaned up the shoddy work and gave me a working duct system and attic insulation. Professional and kind, the work was done cleanly and with great respect to property and home. They also gave me some "watch-outs" to make sure I was aware of some things that needed to be addressed outside of their scope of work. If that's not top-tier work and service, I don't know what is. The gentleman, I believe his name is Jario, (my apologies if I misspelled it), was here promptly within a couple of hours of my reporting the issue. There was a problem with a switch, which he quickly diagnosed. He had the part with him, and had a the heater working again within the hour. I was so relieved.
